Type, size, and layout of equipment shall provide optimal work flow and adequate food preparation to meet the needs of the residents.
   (A)   Food preparation center. Provide soap and paper towels for hand washing beside kitchen sink; and
   (B)   Toilet room. Conveniently accessible for dietary staff.
