§ 96.21 DUTY OF ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS TO KEEP SIDEWALKS, PARK AREAS, AND CURBS IN REPAIR AND FREE FROM NUISANCE.
   (A)   All owners or agents of owners with property abutting or fronting upon any plaza, street, or alley within the corporate limits of the city are required to keep the public sidewalks, park area, and curbs abutting their property in good order and repair, and free from nuisance.
   (B)   Each such owner shall be liable to the city for all losses to the city for damages to person or property of others caused by his or her failure or that of his or her agents to repair and keep in good order and reasonably safe condition all such sidewalks, park areas, or curbs abutting or fronting his or her property upon any property under the territorial jurisdiction of the city.
   (C)   The city shall be immune from liability for any failure of any person to act in compliance with division (A) of this section.
