Every sidewalk, curb, and gutter shall correspond with the line and grade established, or that may be established by resolution or ordinance for this purpose. All preparation and construction of new, repaired, or replacement sidewalk shall follow the current specifications as recorded in the city standards operating procedures of record in the office of the Safety and Service Director.
