§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of any of the provisions of §§ 95.01 through 95.03, inclusive, shall constitute a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not exceeding $100. However, after the violator fails to depart after notice to do so, or continues the conduct after being notified to cease and desist from the conduct or to depart, then the violation shall be a fourth degree misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or 30 days in jail, or both.
