§ 95.03 REGULATIONS FOR USE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the following.
   (A)   Be on, enter upon, remain on the grounds of any public schoolground or public park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. of the following day unless attending an event, function, or meeting sanctioned, approved, or held by the City Board of Education or the City Recreation Commission at such a place;
   (B)   Congregate, assemble in groups of two or more, play games, listen to radios, tape- or record-players, or music, or to transport drinks, alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages, or food upon the grounds; park, drive, or otherwise leave automobiles or motor vehicles on nondesignated parking areas of the grounds; drink or consume alcoholic beverages on the grounds; or enter or come on the grounds between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. of the following day in order to engage in any activity not sanctioned by the Board, Commission, or city;
   (C)   Enter on the schoolgrounds or public parks between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. of the following day, or remain on public schoolgrounds or public parks and fail to immediately depart after being given notice by police or employees of the Board, Commission, or city to depart;
   (D)   Deface, damage, or otherwise abuse the property or facilities of the Board, Commission, or city;
   (E)   Engage in fighting, orally or physically abuse or harass officials, or interfere with or deprive children of school age of the proper use of the grounds or facilities; and
   (F)   Engage in the use of profanity, obscenities, or other language which would annoy, embarrass, or offend a person of ordinary sensibilities or children of school age.
