§ 94.03 PLAN OF NUMBERING.
   (A)   In numbering buildings, the even numbers shall be placed on buildings on the north and east side of the streets, and the odd numbers on the buildings on the south and west side of the streets, beginning at the crossing of Main and High Streets with numbers 100 and 101, and allowing every 20 feet between streets and alleys for a number, so that at every street-crossing the number shall begin with the next higher hundred.
   (B)   On streets that do not cross Main or High Streets, the numbering shall begin on the streets running north and south at the end nearest to Main, and on the streets running east and west at the end nearest High Street.
      (1)   On North High and North West Street north to Somers Street, the numbering shall begin at Somers Street with 700 and 701, and be numbered north consecutively.
      (2)   On North East Street north of Collins Avenue, the numbering shall begin at Collins Avenue with 600 and 601, and number north consecutively.
      (3)   On East Main Street and East Walnut Street east of Johnson Street, the numbering shall begin at Johnson Street on Walnut and at In-Lot 201 on Main Street with 300 and 301, and number east consecutively.
      (4)   On West Main and West South Street west of Oak Street, the numbering shall begin at Oak Street with 500 and 501, and number west consecutively.
      (5)   On South High and South East Street south of Lilley Avenue, the numbering shall begin at Lilley Avenue with 700 and 701, and number south consecutively.
