§ 33.08 LEGAL COUNSEL FOR INDIGENT PERSONS.
   (A)   The Board of Highland County Commissioners agree to enter into agreement with the city to provide legal counsel to indigent persons charged with serious offenses and loss of liberty offenses in Municipal Court; and
   (B)   The city shall pay to the Highland County Commissioners, for legal services provided in city ordinance cases, the amount approved and paid by the Commission and not reimbursed by the Ohio Public Defender’s Office, which shall constitute full and complete payment for all the Commissioner’s service during the term of the contract.
