There is hereby established a Municipal Court Computer Fund for the purpose of depositing funds collected in the Municipal Court as allowed under R.C. § 1901.261. Expenditures from this Fund shall be in accordance with law and used to fund the purchase and maintenance of computer equipment in the Municipal Court and the office of the Clerk of the Municipal Court.
