The proposed revised rates of the fees adopted by the Solid Waste Management Policy Committee to be levied under R.C. § 3734.57(B)(1) to (B)(3) upon the disposal at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District of solid wastes are hereby approved, those fees being as follows:
(A) Sixty cents for the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated within the generated within the District, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District;
(B) One dollar and twenty cents for the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated outside the boundaries of the District, but inside the state, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District; and
(C) One dollar and eighty cents for the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated outside the boundaries of the state, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District.
