§ 33.01 JUDGE TO APPOINT OFFICIAL COURT REPORTERS.
   The Judge of the Municipal Court may appoint an official court reporter to act as reporter of proceedings in the Municipal Court. The reporter shall hold the appointment subject to resignation or removal by the Court. The official Court Reporter shall take an oath faithfully and impartially to discharge the duties of the position. The compensation of the Court reporter shall pay the fees allowed in § 33.04 of this chapter. In the event of an appeal by a defendant in a criminal case the Court reporter shall provide a copy of the transcript to the prosecuting attorney, which shall be paid by the court from its appropriation at the rate of one-half the rate allowed by the Court of Common Pleas.
