§ 91.05 LIMITS FOR STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS.
   The limits in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited and in which new bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited, respectively, are hereby established as the corporate limits.
