§ 90.23 DOGS TRESPASSING ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner or harborer of any dog to suffer or permit the dog to go on the grounds or property of another, to destroy the garden or yard of another, to get into or dump over and spill any garbage, or to molest or chase animals kept on such other property.
