§ 32.087 CONTROL OF HEIGHT, DESIGN, AND LOCATIONS OF BUILDINGS WITHIN THE CITY.
   The Council of the city does hereby authorize and direct the Planning Commission to control the height, design, and location of buildings in the city by acting as the review board for property owner appeals of building determinations of the city and by adopting rules for appeal of decisions of the city regarding buildings in the city.
