§ 76.09 PARKING CONTINUOUSLY MORE THAN 72 HOURS.
   (A)   No person shall park his or her motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer or permit his motor vehicle or trailer or semi-trailer to be parked, continuously in the same place for more than 72 hours on any highway, street, or alley in the city.
   (B)   Any motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer parked in violation of this section shall be towed off the highway, street, or alley. The owner of the motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer must pay all towing charges and storage charges at the rates reasonably established by the tow truck operator assigned to do such towing and storage, but in no case in excess of his usual and customary charges for such services.
