§ 76.08 STANDING OR PARKING FOR SALE, ADVERTISING, OR WASHING.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any highway for the following principal purposes.
   (A)   Displaying it for sale.
   (B)   Washing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
   (C)   Advertising.
