§ 98.06  TRANSMITTING ALARMS WITHOUT PERMIT.
   Any person transmitting or causing to be transmitted an automatic alarm to a Department without first obtaining a valid permit for the operation of the alarm device making the transmission shall be assessed a charge of $50 for the first response made by the Department summoned and $100 for each subsequent response made by the Department summoned.  If the person owning, leasing, renting, or operating the alarm device cannot be otherwise determined, the person transmitting or causing to be transmitted the automatic alarm signal shall be deemed to be the owner of record of the premises to which the Department is summoned.
