§ 32.085 ESTABLISHMENT.
   Under and pursuant to the authority conferred upon the City Council by R.C. §§ 713.01 and 713.06, the Council does hereby establish a Planning Commission for the city, to be constituted and its members appointed in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.
