§ 32.071 CIVIL SERVICE RULES.
   With recommendation and approval of the Civil Service Commission, Council may adopt Civil Service Rules by ordinance in accordance with existing Civil Service Rules or state law. Nothing in this section shall limit the rule making power of the Commission.
