§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 93.01 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50, and in default of the payment of the fine and costs, shall be imprisoned not more than 30 days.

   (B)   Whoever violates § 93.04 shall be fined not more than $50, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the offense occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating § 93.11 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50, and each and every day that noxious weeds are permitted to grow after the fifth day of notice as provided in § 93.11, shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (D)   Whoever does not comply with § 93.20 shall be fined not less than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.  No part of any such fine shall be suspended.
