§ 93.10  NOXIOUS WEEDS DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NOXIOUS WEEDS are weeds which may obstruct the view of any driver of any street or alley lawfully using the alley within the city, or any weed, undergrowth, or brush consisting, in part or all, of poison ivy, sumac, oak, or other weeds poisonous to human touch or consumption, or any weeds found to be a generator of pollen or other seed-like substances which contribute to or aggravate human ailments such as hay fever or asthma.
