§ 32.041 TESTIFYING IN COURT; COMPENSATION.
   Police Department officials, other than the Chief of Police, who are required to attend court as a witness or complainant, shall not be allowed time off for compensatory time, but shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half of their regular rate of pay for the appearance. This provision shall not apply during regular duty hours.
