(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon or through any private or business parking lot, driveway, or area, except for the purpose of transporting an invitee on the private property or an invitee, employee, or patron for business purposes on the business property.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $50.
