The position of Deputy Tax Administrator is hereby established, with the duties the Tax Administrator may impose upon the Deputy Tax Administrator in the collection and administration of the city income tax ordinances. The Deputy Tax Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor. The salary of the Deputy Tax Administrator shall be in the amount established by ordinance from time to time, payable semi-monthly from the General Fund.
