§ 31.030 POWERS AND DUTIES; SALARY, HOURS.
   (A)    The city shall have an Income Tax Administrator. The Administrator shall be responsible for the supervision and preparation of the city income tax forms, the collection and handling of the monies, and for any other duties necessary to implement the city income tax. The Tax Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor.
   (B)   The annual salary of the Income Tax Administrator shall be in the amount established by ordinance from time to time, payable in semi-monthly installments from the General Fund.
   (C)   The Tax Administrator shall be employed on a daily full-time basis from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., daily, Monday through Friday, with the right to the same legal holidays and vacation benefits as all other city employees.
