§ 30.048 EXCUSAL FROM ATTENDANCE OR MEETING.
   (A)   No member shall be excused from attendance at a City Council meeting, except upon roll call vote of the majority of the members present.
   (B)   No member may leave the Council Chamber while in regular session and without permission from the Presiding Officer.
