(A) All water and sewer bills shall be paid in the utility billing office at 130 North High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133, during regular posted business hours. A drop box is available after regular business hours for receiving payments.
(B) Payments are credited to the customer’s account on the date received by utility billing office personnel. Payments deposited in the drop box after the close of business will be credited to the customer’s account as if received on the prior day.
