§ 51.046 INSTALLATION OF WATER MAINS.
   All water mains to be installed to convey water pumped by the city waterworks shall be installed by the city, or shall be installed according to specifications drawn up by the Safety and Service Director of the city, and installed under the supervision and direction of the Safety and Service Director.
