In cases of an accidental spill or discharge of any of the prohibited discharges indicated in §§ 50.055 or 50.056, the industry or person shall immediately notify the Safety and Service Director that the accidental spill has occurred. The Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent shall immediately be notified in case harmful toxins must be diverted to a holding area.
