§ 50.044 COMMERCIAL CLEAN-OUTS.
   (A)   Each commercial customer shall establish a minimum SDR - 35, PVC pipe not less than six inches in diameter and require an external two-way clean-out “T” to permit city or EPA testing of illegal discharge into the sanitary sewer system maintained by the city. All commercial customers shall connect, if practicable, to a manhole. In the event a manhole connection is not available, the Safety and Service Director may permit connection to the sewer line. In the event a commercial customer requires a grinder pump or force main, and a manhole is not available for connection, a manhole would have to be established for this connection, in addition to the two-way clean-out “T” above required.
   (B)   This section shall apply to all new building and construction of service lines. In the event a nonconforming line is repaired, the repaired line shall conform with this section.
