§ 50.043 RESIDENTIAL SEWER TAP FEES.
   (A)   Residential sewer customers requesting a new connection to the city wastewater collection system shall, after approval of the connection, pay a fee for cost of sanitary sewer improvements based upon the size of the water connection to the same customer at the same location, as follows:
      (1)   One-inch diameter water tap customers shall pay a $1,500 sewer tap; and
      (2)   Two-inch diameter water tap customers shall pay a $2,000 sewer tap.
   (B)   The Water and Sewer Department shall collect this fee before inspection of the sewer connection provided hereunder.
   (C)   Connections based upon water tap sizes not specified herein shall be determined by the Safety and Service Director based upon the schedule set forth in division (A) of this section, and adjusted for water flow rates at the location of customer’s premises.
