§ 30.024 CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   The Clerk of Council shall keep minutes of the meetings and perform any other duties in the meeting as may be ordered by the President of Council, City Council, or the Safety and Service Director. The order shall be full minutes of all proceedings of the Council, and the titles of all ordinances, rules, regulations, and by-laws, with reference to the book and page where the same may be found.
