§ 37.04 NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETINGS TO BE POSTED.
   On receipt of notice of a special meeting to be held by any public body, the Clerk of the City Council shall promptly post the notice. The posted notice shall include the time, place, and purpose of the meeting.
