§ 36.062 220 STORM SEWER MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND.
   The Auditor is authorized to create a new fund for the purpose of depositing monies designated for storm sewer maintenance and repair, and to pay for expenses related to stormwater maintenance and repair. The new fund shall be designated as the 220 Storm Sewer Maintenance and Repair Fund.
