§ 36.058 VICTIM’S RIGHTS FUND.
   There is hereby established a Victim’s Rights Fund for the purpose of depositing funds received from the State Attorney General’s office. Expenditures from this Fund shall be in accordance with law and used to fund a victim’s rights office.
