§ 36.054 INDIGENT DRIVER’S ALCOHOL TREATMENT ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is hereby established an Indigent Driver’s Alcohol Treatment Account of the Hillsboro Municipal Court.
   (B)   Funds derived from mandatory fines pursuant to R.C. § 4511.99 and § 72.001 of this code shall be paid into the account.
   (C)   The account shall be administered by the Judge of the Municipal Court in accordance with the guidelines set forth in R.C. §§ 4511.99 and 4511.191.
