§ 36.051 LAW ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND.
   (A)   A law enforcement trust fund, pursuant to R.C. § 2933.43(D)(4), is hereby established for the purposes set forth in that section.
   (B)   All proceeds ordered to be paid into the fund pursuant to court order or pursuant to law shall be allocated from this Fund to the Department of Police, the County Prosecutor, the City Law Director or the Safety and Service Director for the following purposes:
      (1)   Pay the costs of protracted or complex prosecutions or investigations;
      (2)   Provide reasonable training or expertise;
      (3)   Provide matching funds to obtain federal grants to aid law enforcement; and
      (4)   For other law enforcement purposes the Council may determine to be appropriate.
   (C)   All monies deposited into this fund shall be retained therein under a separate account until expended for purposes set forth herein, and further, this shall be a rotary fund.
