§ 36.048 WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FUND.
   There is hereby created a Water System Improvements Fund which shall be used exclusively for the receipt of the proceeds of the bonds issued pursuant to Ord. 1987-22, and for disbursements for the purposes of engineering and planning of water system improvements.
