§ 36.046 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND.
   There is established a special fund to be known as the C.D.B.G. Fund in which shall be deposited all monies received as grant monies from the State Department of Development for the city’s small cities community development block program.
