§ 36.064 120 A.R.P.A. FUND.
   The Auditor is retroactively authorized to create a new fund for the purposes of depositing and expending monies received as a result of the American Rescue Plan Act (A.R.P.A.). The new fund shall be designated as the 120 A.R.P.A. Fund.
