All on-site stormwater conveyance channels except roadway ditches shall be designed and constructed to withstand the expected velocity of flow without erosion. Methods adequate to prevent erosion shall also be provided at the outlets of all pipes and paved channels. Provisions for management of stormwater shall be submitted to the Safety and Service Director of the city for review and approval.
