§ 157.03 ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA #1.
   For purposes of fulfilling the requirements set forth under R.C. §§ 3735.65 to 3735.70, inclusive, the City Council establishes Community Reinvestment Area #1.
