§ 10.19 EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION.
   (A)   Pursuant to, and to the full extent permitted by R.C. § 715.50, all of the real estate commonly known as the City Reservoir located north of the city along U.S. Route 62, in Liberty Township, Highland County, Ohio, and being more particularly described in Deed Vol. 164, pages 451 through 459, of the Highland County, Ohio, records, and the roadside park located east of the city, along U.S. Route 50, in Liberty Township, Highland County, Ohio, and being more particularly described in Deed Vol. 155, page 581, of the Highland County, Ohio, records, and the Hillsboro Sewer Plant property located on the waters of Clear Creek, in Liberty Township, Highland County, Ohio, and being more particularly described in Deed Vol. 285, pages 510 and 511 of the Highland County, Ohio, records, shall be subject to the police and sanitary jurisdiction of the city, and all applicable ordinances and resolutions of the city, whether or not codified, now in effect, as hereafter amended, and hereafter passed, shall be in full force and effect within the boundaries of the aforesaid real estate.
   (B)   The enforcement of ordinances and resolutions of the city on any city owned or city operated real estate lying outside of the city boundaries shall be enforced by the Police Department and those ordinances and resolutions shall have the same force and effect thereon as if the real estate were located within the city boundaries.
   (C)   Prosecution of violations of any such ordinances and resolutions within the boundaries of the aforesaid city real estate lying outside the city shall be done in the Hillsboro Municipal Court by the Law Director or his or her designated assistant.
