§ 154.088 PLANNING COMMISSION TO KEEP RECORDS.
   The Planning Commission shall keep a record of its findings, decisions, and recommendations relative to all subdivision plans filed with it for review. All records of the Commission shall be public records made available to qualified and responsible parties with approval of the appropriate official.
