§ 154.069 PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.
   The subdivision must be served by a sanitary sewer system. Sanitary sewers shall be installed to adequately serve all lots with connections to the public system. Where lots cannot be served by the extension of an existing public sanitary sewer, the subdivider shall obtain approval of lot sizes as provided in § 154.050(D). In addition, septic tanks, disposal fields, and the like, for individual lots or a group of lots, shall be approved by the County Department of Health and the City Planning Commission.
