§ 154.053 STREET LIGHTS.
   (A)   Any subdivision plan submitted to the city for approval must contain a street lighting plan providing for the placement of street lighting in such locations and of such intensity as to adequately illuminate the public ways without undue illumination of any dwellings.
   (B)   No subdivision street, dedicated to the public use, shall be accepted by the city unless and until the street lighting has been installed according to an approved subdivision plan.
