§ 154.050 LOTS.
   (A)   The minimum size of all lots shall be determined as specified in the table set out in division (D) of this section. The Board of Health and the Planning Commission should be consulted to determine any necessity for an increase in lot sizes because of the physical soil structure and characteristics of the area involved. This information shall be obtained from the Soils Inventory Reports for Highland County as prepared and made available by the Division of Lands with regard to soil types, topography infiltration (percolation), and drainage capability, or by means of acceptable tests by qualified testing facilities.
   (B)   The site evaluation shall include the engineering and land use capability along with percolation and any other tests as may be required.
   (C)   On land proposed for a subdivision without public water supply or sanitary sewers, and where the location of wells or the proper operation of disposal systems may be impaired, the determination may require an increase in lot size, grading, subdrainage, or a central sewage disposal system.
   (D)   The minimum sizes of lots on favorable sites are set out below.
