(A) Curb radius at local street right-of-way intersections shall be rounded with a radius of 30 feet, or a lesser radius where the Planning Commission may deem it necessary.
(B) Curb radius at intersections of one or more arterial or collector streets shall be rounded with a minimum radius of 30 feet and a maximum radius of 50 feet, as the Planning Commission may determine.
