§ 154.044 ALIGNMENT.
   (A)   Jogs. Street jogs with centerline offsets of less than 125 feet shall be avoided.
   (B)   Angle of intersections. Streets shall be laid out so as to intersect any other street not less than 60 degrees.
   (C)   Intersection approaches. Approaches to street intersections shall be perpendicular for a distance of at least 100 feet from the centerline of the street intersected. The Planning Commission may modify this requirement when topography conditions prevent its strict enforcement.
   (D)   Reverse curves. A tangent at least 200 feet long shall be introduced between reverse curves on all but local access streets.
   (E)   Grade at intersections. Approaches to intersections shall be reduced to grade not exceeding 3% for a distance of at least 100 feet. The appropriate commission may modify this requirement when an unreasonable hardship would result from its strict enforcement.
