§ 154.024 SUBDIVISION NAME; STREET NAMES.
   (A)   The subdivision name shall not duplicate, be similar to, or be in conflict with, the names of existing subdivisions within the city or any planned subdivisions under consideration by the Planning Commission.
   (B)   Names of new streets shall not duplicate, or be similar to existing dedicated streets. New streets which are extensions of, or in alignment with, existing streets shall bear the name of the existing street. Street names shall be subject to the approval of the Commission.
