§ 154.020 PRELIMINARY CONSULTATION.
   The following information may be provided at the time of the preliminary consultation, if so desired by the developer:
   (A)   Description of the existing conditions of the site including data on existing covenants, land characteristics, and available community facilities and utilities;
   (B)   Description of the subdivision proposal including the number of residential lots, typical lot width and depth, commercial and industrial area, playgrounds, parks, and other public areas, proposed protective covenants, and proposed street and utility improvements;
   (C)   Map showing scale, north point, relationship of the proposed subdivision to existing neighborhood development, elementary and high schools, parks and playgrounds, and major thoroughfares; and
   (D)   Plan showing in simple freehand form the proposed layout of streets, lots, and other features. Sufficient topographic data should be presented for the Planning Commission to consider and evaluate the proposed sketch plan.
